Common questions
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email and tap Send code. We email you a 6‑digit code. Enter the code in the app, then choose a new password.
If the code does not work, use the newest email or tap Send a new code. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives within a few minutes.
How do I export my data?
In the app, go to You → Privacy & data → Export my data. The app prepares a JSON file of everything in your account and opens your phone’s share sheet, so you can save it to Files or send it to yourself.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You → Privacy & data → Delete account and all data, then confirm. It is immediate and permanent. No access to the app? Request deletion by email.
Is Ora a doctor?
No. Ora is an AI companion, not a clinician. It can help you make sense of your own logs and prepare for appointments, but it can be wrong, and it does not diagnose, prescribe or replace medical care. Ora is off until you turn it on. See the privacy policy for how Ora handles your data.
Not medical advice
HormonaIQ is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health.
