HormonaIQ is built around a simple idea: your health data belongs to you. This policy explains what we collect during the waitlist period, why, and what you can do about it.
This is the short version: your health data is yours. We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to target you with ads. Period.
HormonaIQ is built on a local-first architecture. Your logs, your cycle data, your symptom history — it stays on your device by default. Nothing leaves without your explicit permission.
When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you choose to submit: your email address, name (optional), the condition or experience that brought you here, symptoms you track, tools you currently use, and any additional context you share about what would make the product useful to you.
If you opt into a feedback call, we may also record notes from that conversation with your explicit consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
We do not collect health records, diagnostic data, or any protected health information (PHI) during the waitlist phase. Once the app launches, a separate privacy notice will govern in-app data collection.
Your information helps us understand who we are building for and what matters most. Specifically, we use it to:
Send early-access invitations and product updates. We will be careful with your inbox — no spam, no daily digests, only meaningful updates about the product and your access.
Shape product decisions. Aggregated responses (never individual data) inform what we build first. Quotes from the waitlist may appear in marketing materials only with your explicit permission.
Reach out for optional research conversations if you opted in. These calls help us design features that actually match how you experience your cycle.
Waitlist submissions are processed through Web3Forms and stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to the data is limited to the founding team.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Full stop.
If you join a feedback call, notes are stored separately from your waitlist profile and associated only with the email you provided.
We will never sell your data to anyone. Not now. Not ever. Not if we are acquired. Not if a court asks (we will fight legal challenges to user data to the extent legally possible and notify you when permitted).
We will never use your health data for advertising. No fertility data sharing. No third-party tracking. No behavioural profiling. No data brokers.
We will never retroactively change how we use data you already submitted.
You can request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw from the waitlist entirely — at any time. Just email contact@hormona-iq.com and we will respond within 7 days.
You can unsubscribe from any future emails using the link at the bottom of every message we send.
You can decline to answer any question on the signup form without losing your place on the waitlist. Every field except email is optional.
We use a minimal set of cookies for essential functionality (session management) and basic analytics (page view count, referral source). No tracking cookies, no behavioural profiling, no third-party ad networks.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect how the landing page renders.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle your data, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. We will never retroactively change how we use data you already submitted.
