By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit your information.
Joining the waitlist places you on a list of people interested in early access. It does not guarantee access, establish a contractual relationship, or create any obligation on our part to provide the service by a specific date.
We may prioritise access based on a range of factors including condition representation, device type, and research participation. This helps us build a product that works for the people who need it most.
You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing contact@hormona-iq.com. We will delete your data on request.
You agree to provide accurate information on the waitlist form. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or automated submissions. We reserve the right to remove any entry we reasonably believe to be spam or bad-faith.
You agree not to use the site or waitlist for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
HormonaIQ is currently in development. The website, product mockups, and feature descriptions represent our current direction — not a final specification. Features may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. We will do our best to keep the waitlist informed.
All intellectual property rights in the HormonaIQ brand, design, code, and content belong to the HormonaIQ team. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use them.
HormonaIQ is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a symptom-tracking and pattern-recognition tool designed to support conversations with healthcare providers.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. If you are having thoughts of self-harm, reach out to a crisis line — your country has people trained to help.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any health concerns or before making any decisions about your treatment or medication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HormonaIQ and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or waitlist. The waitlist signup is provided as-is, without any warranty, express or implied.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify the waitlist by email. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
